The main commercial room is the former restaurant, the historic Taco House. There is presently no food service and the main space is used for non-public commercial activity. The HUGE former kitchen areas have been divided into other spaces, including a sound studio and promotional materials production. Many potential uses are possible with specific permitting and zoning from the cooperative City of Placerville.
